Location
The conference will be held at the Embassy Suites Round Rock, located at 270 Bass Pro Drive in Round Rock.
Hotel Parking
The Embassy Suites provides free self-parking onsite. In the unlikely event that overflow parking is needed, parking is permitted next door at Cavender’s Boot City or across the street at Bass Pro Shop. Please do not park in the Lupe Tortilla parking lot. Valet parking is not available at this location.

Registration Fee
THIS CONFERENCE IS SOLD OUT.
The early registration fee for both members and associate members is $325, through July 31. After July 31, the fee increases to $375. The registration fee includes a working lunch on Thursday and access to online handouts. Breakfast is not included, but a made-to-order breakfast is free for hotel guests. Non-guests can purchase the hotel breakfast for $18.99 plus tax.
Confirmation/Name Badges/Handouts
Your confirmation will be sent to the email used on your registration. Your name badge will be available to pick up onsite (and will not be mailed in advance). Access to online handouts will be provided at least one week prior to the conference.
Guests
This event is not open to guests. If special circumstances require bringing a guest, please contact us at landuse@tml.org for more information and pricing.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $75 cancellation fee will be assessed if your request for cancellation is emailed to landuse@tml.org before July 31. No refunds will be given after July 31, and transfers to other TML events are not permitted.
